Cardstock:

• Old Olive Cardstock cut to 10" x 5"
• Pool Party Cardstock cut to 4¼” x 4” 
• Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper cut to 4" x 3 3/4"
• Basic White Scrap for sentiment

Card Base: 

Score the Old Olive cardstock at 5”. 

 Card Front: 

1. Stamp the 4" x 3 3/4" piece of Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper with the Girl and single butterfly from the Catching Butterflies Stampset and StāzOn Jet Black Stamp Pad. 
2. Use the Highland Heather Classic Stampin' Pad and Water Painter to paint dress.
3. Use the Gray Granite Classic Stampin' Pad and Water Painter to paint net.
4. Use the Early Espresso and and Soft Suede Classic Stampin'Pads and water painter to paint hair.
5. Use the Pale Papaya and Pumpkin Pie Classic Stampin' Pads to paint butterflies.
6. Use the Petal Pink Classic Stampin' Pad and Water Painter to paint to paint face, hands and legs. Allow to dry before using the Flirty Flamingo Classic Stampin' Pad and Water Painter to paint the cheeks.
7. Use the Old Olive Classic Stampin' Pad and Water Painter to paint the grass.
8. Use the Pool Party Classic Stampin Pad and Water Painter to paint the rest of the back ground.
9. Use the Stampin' Chalk Marker to add polka dots to dress.

Assembly:

1. Attach water colored image to the 4¼” x 4” piece of pool Party cardstock using Stampin’ Seal.
2. Tie Ribbon around the layers of the Stamped Image and Pool Party Cardstock and use 4 Mini Glue Dots to hold it in place, then attach all to the Old Olive Card Base using Stampin' Dimensionals.
3. Stamp the Sentiment onto a scrap piece of Basic White Cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black.
4. Die cut the sentiment out of the Basic White Cardstock using the Ornate Frames Die set.
5. Attach sentiment to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
6. Add 3 Rhinestone Basic Jewels to Sentiment.
