Cardstock:

• Balmy Blue Cardstock cut to 8 ½” x 5 ½”
• Simply Marbleous Designer Series Paper cut to 5” x 3 3/4” 
• Basic White Cardstock cut to 4” x 5 ¼”, 4 ½” x 4 ½”, and a small scrap for sentiment

Card Base: 

Score the Balmy Blue cardstock at 4 ¼”.

Card Front: 

1. Stamp the 4 ½” x 4 ½” piece of Basic White Cardstock with the Otter stamps and party hat from the Awesome Otters Stampset and Memento Tuxedo Black Stamp Pad. 
2. Using the Bronze and Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blend markers to Color the otters. 
3. Using the Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blend Markers, color the fish the one otter is holding.
4. Using Granny Apple Green and Balmy Blue (Dark) Stampin’ Blends Markers to color the party hat.
5. Cut the otters and party hat out with Paper Snips Scissors. When cutting out the party hat leave some of the paper at the bottom so that it can be attached to one of the otters. 

Assembly:

1. Stamp the 5 1/4” x 4” piece of Simply Marbleous Designer Series Paper with the two otters shown in picture.
2. Using the Balmy Blue (Dark) Stampin; Blend Marker, color water ripples and droplets.
3. Attach the stamped 5 1/4” x 4” piece of Simply Marbleous Designer Series Paper to the Balmy Blue card base using Stampin’ Seal.
4. Attach the two otters to the card front over the stamped images as shown using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
5. Stamp the scrap piece of Basic White with the “It’s Birthday Time” sentiment with Memento Tuxedo Black.
6. Attach Crinkled White Seam Binding Ribbon to back of stamped sentiment with Mini Glue Dots then attach to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
7. Color 3 Rhinestone Basic Jewels with the Balmy Blue Stampin’ Blend Marker.
8. Attach 3 Rhinestone Basic Jewels to card front.
9. Stamp the 4” x 5 ¼” piece of Basic White cardstock with the “You are Otterly Asweome” sentiment.
10. Attach the stamped 4” x 5 ¼” piece of Basic White cardstock to the inside of the card.
11. Attach the party hat to the remaining otter using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
12. Attach the otter with hat to the inside of the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
