1. Attach the stamped 5 ¼” x 4” stamped Basic White Cardstock to the card base using Stampin’ Seal.

2. Attach the stamped 4 ¼” x 3 ¼” piece of Basic White Cardstock to the 4” x 3 6/16” Flirty Flamingo Cardstock with Stampin’ Seal.

2. Using the smallest square die from the Ornate Frames Die Set, die cut the sentiment.

3. Using the second smallest square die from the Ornate Frames Die Set, die cut the stamped 2” x 2” piece of Basic White Cardstock.

Embellishing and Assembling the Card:

1. Using the Flirty Flamingo Dark Stampin’ Blend Marker color 4 1/2” of white ribbon. Allow to dry completely before adding to the second layer. (Note: I used retired satin ribbon because I ran out of ¼” Crinkled White Ribbon.)

2. Attached colored ribbon to the 2nd layer of the card using Mini Glue Dots.

3. Using Stampin’ Dimensionals attach the 2nd layer to the center of the background on the card base.

4. Color three Pearls Basic Jewels with the Flirty Flamingo Dark Stampin’ Blend Marker. Allow to dry completely before adding to the card front.

5. Using Stampin’ Dimensionals attach framed sentiment to the front of the card.
