Cardstock:

• Flirty Flamingo Cardstock cut to 8 ½” x 5 ½”
• Sunshine & Rainbows DSP cut to 5” x 3 3/4” 
• Basic White Cardstock cut to 4” x 5 ¼”, 3 ½” x 3 ½”, and a small scrap for sentiment

Card Base: 

Score the Bermuda Bay cardstock at 4 ¼”.

Card Front: 

1. Stamp the 3 ½” x 3 ½” piece of Basic White Cardstock with the car stamps from the Driving By Stampset and Memento Tuxedo Black Stamp Pad. 
2. Using the Balmy Blue, Smoky Slate, Pool Party (Light) and Real Red Stampin’ Blend Markers, color the van. 
3. Using the Real Red, Highland Heather, Daffodil Delight, Calypso Coral, Soft Seafoam, and Bermuda Bay Stampin’ Blend Markers, color the beetle car and the packages.
4. Using Granny Apple Green, Flirty Flamingo, Poppy Parade, and Rich Razzleberry Stampin’ Blend Marker, color the convertible and balloons.
5. Use Pool Party (Light) Stampin' Blend Marker to color all car windows.
6. Cut the cars out with Paper Snips Scissors.

Assembly:

1. Attach the 5 1/4” x 4” piece of Sunshine and Rainbows Designer Series paper to the Flirty Flamingo card base using Stampin’ Seal.
2. Attach the cars to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals as shown in picture.
3. Stamp the sentiment on a small scrap of Basic White Cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black. Attach
4. Attach 3 Rhinestone basic jewels to card front.
5. Attach 4” x 5 ¼” piece of cardstock to the inside of the card.
